Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving
your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or First-Class Package. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after processing.

Flat Rate: $3.95 per order unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping may apply on promotional offers or orders over a certain amount.

International Shipping:

Not offered at this time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Damages & Lost Packages
Inland Sea 3D, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Customers must file
claims directly with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. We are not responsible for shipments
sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal may be refunded excluding shipping charges, or reshipped at the customer’s expense.
